Article 2 (Service Content)

This Service provides a platform to support online coaching and management between coaches and clients.

Article 3 (Eligibility)

This Service is **available only to users 18 years of age or older**.

Minors are not permitted to use this Service.

Article 4 (Scope of Liability)

1. Coach-Client Relationship

This Service is a platform and does not participate in any contracts, coaching content, or results between coaches and clients.

2. Financial Disputes and Refunds

This Service assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any disputes regarding payments, refunds, or fees between coaches and clients.

Furthermore, **this service is not involved in or provides any guarantee or mediation regarding refunds by coaches.**

3. Training and Health

This service assumes no responsibility for injuries or health problems resulting from training.

Article 5 (Disclaimer Regarding AI Functions)

This service may provide AI functions such as video analysis, form analysis, and automatic comment generation.

These functions are supplementary and do not guarantee the following:

• Accuracy of analysis results
• Completeness of form evaluation
• Appropriateness of training instruction

This service assumes no responsibility for any damages caused by misjudgments or misinformation by AI.

Article 6 (Responsibility for Uploaded Content)

**Users are solely responsible for all content they upload, including videos, images, and text.**

The following are prohibited:

• Illegal content
• Content that infringes on the rights of others
• Inappropriate or harmful content

This service assumes no responsibility for any problems arising from these.

Article 7 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in the following actions:

• Illegal activities
• Registration of false information
• Harassment or disruption of other users
• Unauthorized access or system interference
• Reverse engineering of the service
• Unauthorized commercial use (without permission)

Article 8 (Account Management)

• Users are responsible for properly managing their account information.
• This service is not responsible for damages caused by unauthorized use.

Article 9 (Account Deletion)

Accounts may be deleted in the following cases:

The handling of personal information is governed by the separate privacy policy.

Article 15 (Restrictions on Use)

Use may be restricted or suspended in the following cases:

• Violation of terms of service
• Unauthorized use
• Operational judgment

Article 16 (External Services)

This service may be linked with payment services (such as Stripe) and third-party services. Use of these services is subject to the terms of service of each respective service.

Article 17 (Disclaimer of Warranties)

This service does not guarantee the following:

• Results (training effectiveness, etc.)
• Continuous service provision
• Complete safety

Article 18 (Limitation of Liability)

Even if a user suffers damage in connection with this service, the operator's liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages, and shall not exceed the amount of the usage fee paid by the user.

Article 19 (Amendment of Terms)

These terms may be amended as needed.

Article 20 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the operator's location, and in the event of a dispute, the court with jurisdiction over that location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
